In 1993, The LCP Group formed Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP), a leading investor in single-tenant commercial properties across the nation, which are generally net-leased to major corporations.
Lexington, through property owner subsidiaries, has leases with tenants representing the full range of a diverse U.S. economy, including small, medium, and large companies operating in more than 20 industries, including energy, finance, insurance, technology, automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, media, consumer products, aerospace and defense.
Crescent Hotels and Resorts
Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia—just outside of Washington, D.C.—Crescent Hotels & Resorts owns and co-invests in hotel real estate, and is an independent, third-party operator of hotels and resorts. The company currently owns or operates approximately 70 hotels and resorts—with approximately 13,000 rooms in 22 states, Canada. and the Caribbean.
Crescent recently was ranked as one of the top third-party, independent management companies in the United States. Created in 2001, the company has doubled in size every year since its inception. It is one of a small group of independent management companies to be approved to operate hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, Wyndham Worldwide, and InterContinental brands.
Live in America Financial Services & Reside in America Puerto Rico
LCP founded Live in America Financial Services and Reside in America Puerto Rico, two firms formed to administer immigration benefits related the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and the Regional Center Program. Loews Ventana Canyon
Loews Ventana Canyon is a spectacular resort set in the Catalina mountains with abundant activity offerings. The hotel sis on two Fazio-designed PGA golf courses, has lighted tennis courts, as well as hiking, ping pong, bicycling, and croquet. Aside from these activities, one may choose to pamper themselves at our 7,000 sq. ft. full-service spa and tennis center, or take in the sun at one of our two pools complete with jacuzzis.
Footprints Resorts
Footprints Resorts is a sustainable tourism project featuring the unique culture and ecosystems of each location. The first hotel will be on the enchanted island of Puerto Rico. While providing entertainment and education for its guests, Footprints will restore the surrounding wildlife habitats that have been previously damaged by human activity. Its facilities and guest accommodations will be powered by renewable energy and designed with cutting-edge green architecture.
