E. Robert Roskind Managing Partner

E. Robert Roskind formed Lepercq Capital Corporation (predecessor to The LCP Group) in 1973. Mr. Roskind is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Law School. In addition to serving as the Managing Partner of The LCP Group, Mr. Roskind is Chairman of Lexington Realty Trust, an NYSE listed company under the symbol LXP. Mr. Roskind also serves as chairman of Crescent Hotels & Resorts and as a member of the Board of Directors of Consonant Investment Management. Mr. Roskind also serves as the chairman of Live in America Financial Services.

Scott Roskind Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Roskind serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The LCP Group. Most recently Mr. Roskind was the Executive Vice President for the National Basketball Retired Players Association where he was in charge of all marketing, strategic alliances and events for the Association. From 2001 to 2004 he was Director of Business Development at Marquis Jet Partners and Senior Director of Business Development at LinkShare Corporation from 1998 to 2001. In addition, work experience includes positions at the New York Knickerbockers (1997-1998) and Lexington Corporate Properties (1994-1996). Mr. Roskind earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Lafayette College (1994) and a Master of Science at the University of Massachusetts (1997).

Robert Albert Senior Vice President

Robert Albert is a graduate of the University of Louisville, where he received his bachelor's degree in Business Management. For 25 years he owned and operated a retail furniture business where his myriad duties included purchasing, sales, financing, collections, personnel management, and property management. For the past 17 years he has been Vice President of the LCP Group, L.P., a private real estate investment banking firm headquartered in White Plains, New York, that in addition to asset management, has been acquiring, syndicating and overseeing major real estate properties nationally since 1974.

Adam Greene Managing Director, EB-5 Programs

Mr. Greene serves as Managing Director, EB-5 Programs for The LCP Group and the President of Live in America Financial Services. Prior to The LCP Group and Live in America, Mr. Greene established the hospitality financing program at Textron Financial in 2005. Under this program, Textron Financial provided over $250 million in senior debt for hospitality development projects in the US, Canada and Mexico in chain scales ranging from economy to luxury. Before Textron Financial, Mr. Greene focused on project financing for infrastructure, sports and petrochemical projects for six years with JP Morgan Chase in New York and London, and for WestLB in New York. He completed advisory and banking assignments worth over $3 billion, including construction loans for AT&T Park, the American Airlines Center, and Wembley Stadium. Mr. Greene was Chief Financial Officer for a hedge fund investment manager, and started his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. Mr. Greene has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University.

Peter Sullivan Executive Director, EB-5 Programs

Mr. Sullivan serves as the Executive Director, EB-5 Programs for The LCP Group and the Senior Vice President of Live in America. Mr. Sullivan joined The LCP Group in 2010 as part the Acquisitions team. Prior to The LCP Group, Mr. Sullivan was an Acquisitions Analyst for Kadans Real Estate, a Dutch real estate investment firm focused on built-to-suit warehouse, office, and bio-medical facilities. Mr. Sullivan participated in the acquisition of warehouse, retail, office, restaurant, and laboratory properties valued at over EUR 300 million. Mr. Sullivan has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rich Marquard Senior Vice President, EB-5 Programs

Mr. Marquard serves as the Senior Vice President, EB-5 Programs for The LCP Group and the Senior Vice President of Live in America. Prior to joining LIA and The LCP Group, Mr. Marquard spent 10 years in the real estate finance division of Textron Financial Corporation, a specialty finance company and direct lender. During his tenure at Textron, Mr. Marquard held direct responsibility for all aspects of an investment relationship from origination and structuring, to relationship management, credit & underwriting, closing, and ongoing portfolio management and servicing. Mr. Marquard has an MBA from the University of New Haven and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Andy Zhong Senior Vice President, EB-5 Programs

Mr. Zhong serves as a Vice President for The LCP Group and a Senior Vice President of Live in America financial Services. Prior to joining Lexington Realty Trust, from 1999 to 2004, Mr. Zhong was Vice President of Real Estate Investment for JP Morgan Investment Management Inc. and previously a senior auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Zhong holds an inactive CPA license in the state of New York and received a BBA from The City University of New York Baruch College and an MBA from Fordham University.
